Henry was an officer in the Royal Green Jackets for 5 years and has also worked in management consultancy.
In the charitable sector, Henry is on the trustee board of Save the Rhino International, and has completed two Himalayan expeditions with Walking With The Wounded.
James has over 20 years of experience investing and trading bonds and loans. As CIO James is responsible for the firms investment and risk management across the portfolios sitting in the Risk and Investment committee. In addition, James has a particular focus on the firms private credit strategies and is lead portfolio manager on RM Secured Direct Lending.
Douglas is a qualified chartered accountant who has 21 years of accounting and financial experience. He heads up the accounting, finance and reporting team at RM alongside being the finance director at NCM Fund Services.
Before joining RM in 2011, Douglas was working within the Group Strategy and Corporate Finance team at RBS and was involved in the acquisition of ABN Amro, the £8bn rights issue and the sale of a number of RBS’s asset after the 2008 banking crisis. Prior to RBS, Douglas was in audit with KPMG in Canada.
Adrian is an experienced lawyer, having first qualified in 1997. He started his post-qualified career at Lawrence Graham in London, (now part of Wragges) doing corporate finance, but moved home to Scotland in 2000, joining Maclay, Murray & Spens (now part of Dentons). In 2003, having been on secondment to Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, he moved in-house with First State Investments and, after a short spell at Edinburgh Partners, became Head of Legal there in 2007, overseeing global ex-Australia legal risk. He was also part of the executive committee and risk and compliance committee. In 2014 he joined Kames to head up the Regulatory function, overseeing and implementing regulatory change such as MiFID II and PRIIPs. For personal reasons, he left Kames in 2018 and set up a legal and compliance consultancy business, before joining RM in 2021 as Compliance Officer. Outside work, he enjoys being outside, sailing, golfing and hillwalking.
Pietro launched and is the lead Portfolio Manager for the UCITS daily dealing funds focused on alternatives run by RM Funds.
In addition he sits on the Investment Committee at RM Funds and is a Board member for Energie Fitness which is a portfolio holding for RM.
Pietro has 13 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, project finance and corporate lending, including experience advising publicly listed, unlisted, government related entities on investment, financing, M&A and liability management solutions.
Thomas has 7 years of experience in capital markets, project finance, asset backed and corporate lending and is a Portfolio Manager focused on private credit at RM Funds. Thomas has been a key member of the investment team since the first private credit strategy launch in 2016, originating, structuring & monitoring a wide range of transactions across a diverse universe of sectors & products.
Thomas joined RM Funds in 2015 as part of the Capital Markets & Advisory team, involved in a range of infrastructure projects in the UK and Europe as arranger & adviser.
June has a PHD in Finance and her research interest involves the impact of responsible investment in asset pricing and stock and bond markets.
James has been working at RM since 2010, and heads up the firms distribution function. Having significant experience in the fixed income and credit space, James is ideally suited to understand the needs of the income investor.
Previous to this James worked at Barclays Capital, serving institutional fixed income investors with access to primary and secondary market investment opportunities.
David is responsible for introducing the RM Funds products to institutional investors with a focus on the IFA network. Previous to this, David has had extensive experience in working with the origination team to source high quality opportunities requiring debt funding so has a keen understanding of the debt investments within RM Secured. He has 4 years of Corporate Tax Experience with HMRC and 2 years of relationship management, currency and debt product experience with RM Capital. David holds a degree with honours in English Literature and Journalism.
