In the charitable sector, Henry is on the trustee board of Save the Rhino International, and has completed two Himalayan expeditions with Walking With The Wounded.
Asif has 18 years of experience in trading and risk management across credit and fixed income markets.
Until late 2015, Asif was Global Head of Traded Credit at HSBC, where he was directly responsible for a $20bn diversified credit portfolio and over 100 traders. He sat on the Global Debt Underwriting Committee and the Global Markets Risk Committee.
He is the outgoing chairman of the ICMA (International Capital Markets Association) Trading Practices Committee.
Robbie brings a wealth of corporate and retail experience to the Board of RM Capital Markets and RM Funds.
Formally the Chief Executive of Jenners, the independent retail business founded in 1838. Robbie and the family sold the business in 2005 to House of Fraser.
The Douglas Miller family maintain a range of commercial interests largely based in the Edinburgh area, and principally in property. Robbie farms in East Lothian and is a keen conservationist, sitting on the Boards of several conservation charities.
James has 17 years of bond and loan trading experience, having initially spent 12 years working for global investment banks in the City trading credit and loan products.
In 2010, James founded RM Capital Markets which has grown to become a well-respected financial services business, advising on and executing corporate credit, government bonds and currencies.
During 2015, James launched the RM Funds business which utilised the existing infrastructure and relationships RM Capital Markets have developed over the last 6 years to work with investors around Europe to help make the most of the market opportunities.
Pietro has 10 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, project finance and corporate lending, including experience advising publicly listed, unlisted, government related entities on investment, financing, M&A and liability management solutions.
Over the last 18 months, Pietro’s team have advised on, sourced and or arranged over €1bn of debt finance transactions located within Western Europe.
Pietro is a member of the credit & investment committee, but retains only veto voting rights.
Thomas joined the Capital Markets & Advisory team in London 2 years ago as an Analyst. His work has been focused on corporate credit as well as structuring and executing energy infrastructure transactions.
He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ISG Paris and is a CFA level 3 candidate.
David is responsible for working with the origination team to source high quality opportunities requiring debt funding. David deals with all aspects of deal sourcing and borrower client relationship management. He has 4 years of Corporate Tax Experience with HMRC and 2 years of relationship management, currency and debt product experience with RM Capital. David holds a degree with honours in English Literature and Journalism.
James has 12 years experience in structuring, arranging and the analysis of debt transactions with a focus on Direct Lending and Leveraged Loans. Previously James worked at New Amsterdam Capital as an analyst supporting a 1.5 billion euro credit fund with responsibility across both primary and secondary opportunities along with subsequent loan monitoring. James has a degree in Economics as well as an MBA from the London Business School
